What if I need to modify my order?

What if I need to change my shipping address?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet we can simply change the details with a quick shout out from you – unfortunately if your order has already been shipped we will have to get the items returned before sending your new order.

Can I get same day delivery?

We currently only only 7 – 14 day delivery periods due to the nature of our business – but this is something we are actively working to achieve.

How to get a refund?

If you’re not fully satisfied with your order simply send us a message with your concerns and we’ll work with you to ensure you the quality service you deserve.

I lost my password, how to login?

If you can’t seem to remember your password and need access to your Nuggy account, you can either message us or use the ‘forgot password’ feature on the login page after a failed attempt.

What happens with my personal data?

Your personal data is kept safely in a data centre in Johannesburg by the best security network managers in the business – if you do feel you like your data removed, simply give us a shout and we’ll ensure your information is deleted.
